I don't know the seller. I bought a phone. It arrived promptly in seemingly good condition. However, it had no base, but I didn't need one because I have one. I putt it on the base. It worked (after I installed batteries) until the batteries ran down. It stated on the phone that it needed rechargeable batteries; I have none. Why doesn't it work on the base? It said no power on base..

Phone was delivered on time, as described and in like-new condition HOWEVER it did not have a single instruction in the package about registration of the handset to the base unit. I struggled with the trying to use the handset and only after changing batteries and locations - I happen to put the handset on the base/home charging unit that it became clear that a simple registration procedure was required. I think it would be beneficial if the supplier included an instruction to do that.
